Event Sponsorship Registration Form

We hope that you will partner with us to support the O’Bannon Institute for Community Service
by selecting one or more of the following options for the Thursday Night Event:

O’BANNON INSTITUTE EVENT SPONSOR - $1,000
  • Name or Logo listed in all promotional materials and advertisements.
    This includes a special feature in the Herald-Times on Sunday, April 26.  Ads for each Event Sponsor are approximately 4" x 5"
  • Name or Logo listed on the O'Bannon Institute website @ http://obannon.ivytech.edu 
  • Name or Logo displayed on the Event Sponsor placard.  All Event Sponsors will be featured together on one large sponsor placard to be displayed on stage throughout the event.
  • Recognized at the Thursday, April 30th dinner with Doris Kearns Goodwin
  • Name or Logo will be displayed on a table placard
  • Name or Logo listed in the dinner program
  • Receives a table for eight (8) for the dinner
  • Receives eight (8) tickets for the private reception
O’BANNON INSTITUTE PLATINUM TABLE SPONSOR - $700
  • Receives eight (8) tickets for the private reception
  • Receives a table for eight (8) for the dinner
  • Recognized at the Thursday, April 30th dinner with Doris Kearns Goodwin
  • Name or Logo will be displayed on a table placard
  • Name or Logo listed in the dinner program
O'BANNON INSTITUTE GOLD TABLE SPONSOR - $500
  • Receives a table for eight (8) for the dinner
  • Recognized at the Thursday, April 30th dinner with Doris Kearns Goodwin
  • Name or Logo will be displayed on a table placard
  • Name or Logo listed in the dinner program
